Puppy Socialization:
For puppies ages 8 weeks-6 months of age.
Monday-6-7 p.m. (Waynessville)
Tuesday-6:30 p.m. (Rolla)
Meets once a week for about an hour for a duration of six weeks.
Class covers socialization, desenstization, leadership training, food-based lure training, some basic commands (sit, stay, heeling and come), house training, crate training, basic grooming, chewing and any other topics that owners have about their puppies.
Beginning Obedience:
For dogs that have already completed puppy socialization class or dogs over 6 months of age.
Meets once a week for an hour for anduration of eight weeks.
Wednesday session-6:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. & 7:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m.
Thursday session-6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m.

Class covers all the basic obedience commands (Come, sit, stay, down) and heeling (slow, fast and about turn) with some agility activities just for fun.
Advanced Obedience:
For dogs that have already completed beginning obedience class or have approval from trainer.
Meets once a week for an hour for a duration of eight weeks.
Thursday session-7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.

Class covers all the basic obedience commands (Come, sit, stay, down) and heeling (slow, fast and about turn) very quickly because all dogs in this class should know them already. More advanced moves such as a finishing move, gestured sit/down and assumed sit when called are taught. Class also covers all aspects of the Canine Good Citizen Test. This test shows that people know how to be good, responsible owners and certifies dogs have the training and behaviors needed to be reliable, well-behaved members of their families and communities. The ten test items include such activities as accepting a freindly stranger,sitting politely for petting, appearance and grooming, out for a walk, coming when called, reaction to distractions, and supervised separation.
